Regarding the gender factor, knowledge of adolescent reproductive health, duration of internet use, access to entertainment content, and access to pornographic content have significant relationships with premarital sexual behavior. The type of access device, frequency of internet use, educational content, communication content, and buying and selling content in internet media use have no relationship with premarital sexual behavior.

We used the RCIM model with Asymptotic Laplace Distribution (ALD) that was applied on the simulated data with scattered and single environment outliers to evaluate the robustness of the GGE Biplot. In addition, the robustness was evaluated using the R-squared statistic of the Procrustes analysis. It is shown that the GGE Biplot of RCIM with the ALD family function provides better robustness than the Gaussian. A noticeable superiority of the GGE Biplot with RCIM ALD appeared as the percentage of single environment outliers reach the number of rows of the data matrix.

Adolescent and parents’ education influence adolescent family planning. Meanwhile, knowledge of PIK-R, IMS, population issues, employment and other issues, as well as being active in BKR does not affect youth family planning.

Now we focused on how to detect the presence of any outliers in data of two ways table and make some suggestions for practitioners by conducted simple scheme outlying observation scenario. We also proposed the use of Robust Biplot GGE as graphical techniques for detecting outliers in our data by visualizing them on two-dimensional space.

Penggunaan MKJP pada WUS usia lebih dari 35 tahum masih cukup rendah. Semakin tinggi pendidikan terakhir yang ditempuh meningkatkan penggunaan MKJP bahkan hingga memiliki kecenderungan 17 kali lipat dibandingkan dengan yang tidak bersekolah. Jumlah anak yang banyak (lebih dari 2) memberikan kecenderungan penggunaan MKJP. Selain itu dukungan suami dan pengetahuan WUS yang baik terhadap metode kontrasepsi memberikan kecenderungan penggunaan MKJP hingga 2 kali lipat.

In this study, rainfall forecasting was conducted in Jember Regency using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for dimensional reduction and a predictive model of Principal Component Regression (PCR). The accuracy was measured in each cluster in the 8×8, and 10×10 domains with the RMSE statistic was around 80.41-101.35.
